Odd Characteristics of "Space Aliens"

As numerous researchers have reported, these so-called aliens have some very unusual characteristics that could not possibly be explained by, for example, evolution on another planet:

They do not wear any special protective clothing such as "space suits".
 
They do not wear any breathing apparatus.
 
They are not bothered by the amount of Earth's gravity.
 
They are not bothered by Earth's magnetic field.
 
They are not bothered by Earth's atmospheric pressure.
 
They are not bothered by the combination of gases in Earth's atmosphere.
 
They are not bothered by Earth's temperature range.
 
They are not bothered by the amount of light that reaches Earth.
They don't wear protective eyewear for too much light.
They don't wear devices to let them see in light levels below what is "normal" for them.
 
Their eyes respond to basically the same range of light wavelengths (i.e., colors) as human eyes.
 
They are not bothered by the amount of ultraviolet radiation that reaches Earth.
 
They are not bothered by the amount of X-ray radiation that reaches Earth.


They are not bothered by the amount of gamma radiation that reaches the Earth.
 
They are not bothered by the amount of cosmic ray radiation that reaches the Earth.
 
They are not bothered by sound levels on Earth.
They don't wear hearing protectors for too much sound.
They don't wear devices to let them hear sound levels that are below what is "normal" for them.
 
Their ears respond basically to the same frequency range of sounds as human ears.
 
They are not bothered by Earth microbes such as bacteria and viruses.

It is absurd to believe that beings evolved on some other planet that were perfectly suited to Earth.

And even if beings evolved that were perfectly suited to Earth, it would be absurd to believe that they could find Earth.

And even if beings evolved that were perfectly suited to Earth, and those beings could find Earth, it would be absurd to believe that they would spend the substantial amount of time and resources necessary to travel to Earth from another solar system on a regular basis. "Warp drive" and "hyperspace" and "subspace" sound good in science fiction, but the truth is that there is no evidence whatsoever that such things exist.

We can say, "Yes, but who can say what we'll discover about physics in the future?"

BUT THAT IS SPECULATION, NOT SCIENCE, NOT REASONED EVALUATION OF ACTUAL EVIDENCE.
